
Dirt Diggler Gravel Grinder
The 10th Annual Dirt Diggler Gravel Grinder hits Henderson and Transylvania Counties this fall. Starting and finishing at Wag Valley Farm (formerly known as REEB Ranch), this gravel bike race will feature a backcountry/gravel road tour through some of the best kept secrets in Western North Carolina.

USA Cycling is once again holding the Gravity Mountain Bike National Championship which will take place July 31-Aug 4th at Ride Rock Creek bike park.

Welkom to the fourth Annual Belgian Waffle Ride NC. This year we are planning a shorter and less hilly route that still features so much of the area’s glorious greenery.

Pisgah Mountain Bike Adventure Race (PMBR)
The Pisgah Mountain Bike Adventure Race (PMBAR) is the absolute pinnacle of MTB Adventure Racing. A mix of brutal and beautiful, this test of spirit and camaraderie tasks teams of two racers to reach 4 of 5 checkpoints, in any order, and return to the start/finish as fast as possible.


Assault on the Carolinas
The 24th AOTC is Saturday, April 6th, 2024. The Assault on the Carolinas is the annual fundraiser for the Pisgah Forest Rotary Club
Monster Energy Pro Downhill Race
This new US Downhill Mountain Bike Championship features pro and amateur racing classes and will consist of four events.
Pisgah 111 MTB Race
The Pisgah 111 is the quintessential crusher of a cross-country endurance MTB race. Racers follow a 70 mile course with 11,000′ feet of climbing along the most iconic trails and gravel roads known in Pisgah National Forest.
Pisgah 555 MTB / Running Race
The Pisgah 555 will test the strength and endurance of racers by challenging them to complete a 39.5 mile course with 8100′ of climbing and is nearly 100% Pisgah single-track. The course traverses some of the great Pisgah classics: Black Mountain, Turkey Pen Gap, Laurel Mountain, and Pilot Rock!
The Pisgah 555 is also open to RUNNERS.
Pisgah Monster-Cross Challenge
Participants are challenged to complete a 72.6 mile course with 8,736’of climbing along scenic gravel and paved roads. The riders will be treated to some of the finest gravel roads in the Pisgah and Nantahala National Forests

Gravity Mountain Bike National Championships
The 2023 Gravity Mountain Bike National Championship will take place July 12-16 at Ride Rock Creek in Zirconia, N.C. At this event, the stars-and-stripes will be up for grabs in Downhill, Dual Slalom, and Enduro racing for professional and age-group categories. The event will remain at Ride Rock Creek for 2024.

Hendo- Belgian Waffle Ride
Created as an extremely challenging race in the spirit of the great European one-day Spring Classics, BWR, with a Belgique theme, is an unusually difficult race. There will be three distances on offer in Asheville, the longer Waffle event, and the half as long Wafer event, for those looking to get a taste of the fun without the life-changing commitment of the Waffle. Plus, the Wanna ride that's roughly half the Wafer. More info and registration

Brevard- Pisgah Stage Race
Pisgah has earned a growing reputation for having some of the best MTB trails in the USA, and this five-day, fully supported mountain bike endurance event delivers an unmatched sampler platter of some of the best singletrack in the country. The stage race course includes the Eastern United States’ most rugged trails. Come sample spring MTB riding in Pisgah National Forest with rhododendron tunnels, picturesque creek crossings, incredible leaf colors, and rooty, rocky singletrack. Brevard- Assault on the Carolinas
The Assault on the Carolinas is the annual fundraiser for the Pisgah Forest Rotary Club. They offer 100k and 50k rides. The 100k goes through North Carolina and South Carolina mountains and valleys. Fully supported ride with 5 well stocked rest stops, and a challenging 6 mile climb up Ceasar’s Head. The 50k goes through the river valleys of Scenic Transylvania County. Registration Page
